About
HR built for teams too small for an HR department.
I've worked in HR since 2010, most recently as HR Manager at an international minerals company. I started out in finance administration and grew from there into a full HR role — a path that taught me how closely people, finance, and operations are connected.
With a postgraduate qualification in HR management and years of hands-on experience in an international, operational organization, I bring that same rigor to founders and small teams — practical, no-nonsense, and without the unnecessary overhead.
